In 2014, F&M Auto Brokerage founders, Alfonzo Smith & Matthew Gonzalez, started a company to create this type of client experience. Reasoning for creating the firm, was to foster relationships with clients as their lives develop. While establishing relationships with the General Managers of dealerships, while offering personalized service with a proven track record of delivering client excellence.
1,500 vehicle transactions later, the dedication toward delivering client excellence continues.
